We need to include these costs because we need to know the accurate of how much it is going to be. Sort of I have produced a product. Well I did the spreadsheet on how much I think it is going to cost. But I still need to find out charter buses. And the correct, correct price.

Estimation
Charter Buses: 2 busesprobably around $1,000 dollars.
Hotel: Austin and San Antonio together around $5,000 dollars.
Restaurants: 8,000 dollars San Antonio and Austin.
